7-Day Free Trial: All plans (Starter, Growth, Turnkey) come with a 7-day free trial.If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged, and no payment is required.
Turnkey Plan Refund (1,000 New People Promise): For the Turnkey plan ($1,497/month), we promise to reach at least 1,000 new people each month through managed posting.If we fail to meet this promise within the first 30 days, you’re eligible for a prorated refund for that month. To request a refund, email support@prayviral.com with your account details, and we’ll process it within 5 business days.
General Refund Terms: After the 7-day free trial, subscriptions are billed monthly, and we do not offer refunds for partial months unless you’re eligible under the Turnkey plan’s 1,000 new people promise.If you cancel mid-month, you’ll retain access to your videos until the end of your billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
How to Request a Refund: Email us at support@prayviral.com with your church name, email address, and reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days via Stripe, returning funds to your original payment method.
