These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (prayviral.com) and subscription plans, which provide faith-filled short-form videos to help your church grow its online presence. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Subscription Plans:PrayViral offers three plans: Lite (Starter ($297/month), Growth ($497/month), and Turnkey ($1,497/month). Pricing and features are subject to change, but we’ll notify you in advance. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial without being charged.
Payment and Billing:Payments are processed securely via Stripe and billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically each month.If a payment fails, we’ll notify you, and your account may be suspended until payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds:You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe account. No long-term commitments are required.For the Turnkey plan, if we fail to reach 1,000 new people in the first 30 days, you’re eligible for a prorated refund (see our Refund Policy for details). No refunds are issued for partial months after the trial period, except as stated in the Refund Policy.
Use of Videos: Videos provided by PrayViral are for your church’s use in online ministry (e.g., social media, website, services). You may not resell, redistribute, or use the videos for commercial purposes outside your ministry.For branded plans, you grant us permission to use your church’s logo and branding to customize your videos.
User Responsibilities: You agree to use our services in a manner consistent with Christian values and applicable laws.You are responsible for posting videos (except for the Turnkey plan, where we manage posting) and complying with platform guidelines (e.g., TikTok, Instagram).
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
